MTE&CS trains CID/CRO officers

Updated: Sep 7, 2020

To improve its soft skills, the CID/CRO of the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service (TTPS) requested the services of Majic Touch Events & Communications Services (MTE&CS) to train detectives of varying ranks in effective oral and written communication as well as media coaching.

The recently concluded two-day workshop was facilitated by MTE&CS Director, Wendy Campbell-Paul, and was held in the precincts of the Police Administration Building in Port-of-Spain.  Participants seemed to have enjoyed the experience with MTE&CS.  Following are some feedback from participants:

  • “Mrs. Campbell-Paul is a brilliant lady.  She teaches very well; she is so polite and well-spoken.  I enjoyed everything about this training course.”

  • “I am very satisfied with the manner in which the facilitator managed this workshop.  Thumbs up!”

  • “I found this workshop to be of great value to my personal development.  In just two days, I acquired a lot of information that I was otherwise unfamiliar with.”

  • “Facilitator’s presentation was professionally delivered with a clear understanding of the information that was taught."

  • Mrs. Campbell-Paul is quite qualified and displays a high level of professionalism. She maintained that throughout the two-day session."

On completion of the workshop, the participants were given certificates of participation.  MTE&CS thanks the CID/CRO for the opportunity to impart its knowledge to its officers.
