People have the perception that communication is just about talking; however, there is so much more to communication in the workplace environment.
To this end, our Director facilitated a corporate training workshop with six newly-minted female employees of the Trinidad & Tobago Police Credit Union on July 22 at the Credit Union's head office in Barataria.
Participants were schooled in several areas of office etiquette; these areas include dress code, punctuality, listening, telephone, nonverbal, respecting co-workers and language use. All of these communication topics, if done properly, have the tendency to improve companies and individuals' images in many ways.
On completion, the participants were pleased as punch with our Director's delivery. Once again, we thank the TTPCU for choosing us to conduct this corporate training workshop, and we also thank the participants for the positive feedback.
