An event's headcount is so important in the event planning process. It is especially beneficial for event vendors like decorators and caterers to ensure that the finer details are done with precision.

This is one of the reasons why we urge event invitees to RSVP in accordance with the instructions of an event's invitation. Moreover, our experience exemplifies that in this part of the world, some people believe it is their divine right to bring a plus one to an event. Remember, while the event's hosts may know you, they are not entirely obligated to accommodate you and your pluses.

Additionally, when the final headcount is known, guests can be assigned appropriate seats to ensure all are comfortable.
