Caterers should never object to today’s engaged couples who ask for a food tasting event. In fact, soon-to-be-married couples should make it their business to ask for and attend this all-important event. The rationale? In any wedding, food consumes the biggest expense, so attending a food tasting is an absolute must.
On September 25, our decorating and catering team made it possible for a food tasting event for an engaged couple. In fact, we were extremely delighted to be a part of this event.
Coming out of that event, catering-wise, our observations were that aside from being an inherent component of what engaged couples will be paying for, there are other things that a food tasting event can reveal about whether the actual wedding day will be a success or not.
