Customer Service Training to Improve Retail Sales

Member Services Representatives of the PCU Plus of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Credit Union Co-operative Society were the beneficiaries of corporate training from our Director, Wendy Campbell-Paul.


Titled "Improving Sales Through Effective Customer Service", the two-day workshop was conducted in the precincts of the TTPCU headquarters, in Barataria, on April 7 & 14. The TTPCU's Chief Executive Officer, Colin Eddy, delivered closing remarks after which participants were granted Certificates of Participation. The focus of the training was primarily on Customer Service; however, our Director felt it was necessary to include other important training aspects to complete the package.


"We thoroughly enjoyed this workshop because we deliberately integrated Marketing, Sales & Public Relations to complement the Customer Service component of the workshop so that the Member Services Representatives could have a much broader picture of the scope of their tasks. We usually tailor our packages to meet our clients' needs", our Director said.
