Customer Service & Business Writing Corporate Training

Front line law enforcement officers of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service's Port-of-Spain Division were treated to a fun-filled and compact micro corporate training event at the Riverside Plaza building in Port-of-Spain, last week. All Covid-19 protocols were observed.

The two-day corporate training focused on Customer Service and Business Writing. The Customer Service training was titled "Executing Fruitful Customer Service Through Potent Communication", while the second training session was titled "Effective Business Writing & Design".

The training was the brainchild of acting Superintendent of Police, Karen Lancaster-Ellis and was ably supported by her superior, Senior Superintendent, Terrence Nobbee. Participants were granted certificates of participation on completion.
